This website is about all things Turkey.

Started as a precursor to our planned winter trip to the country Turkey in October 2010 - as we started to gather information and plan our trip, we also found we came across information about the wild turkey and the domesticated turkey. So we decided to add that information to the site too!

The Turkish nation is steeped in much of the world’s most fascinating history and there are still many monuments and landmarks standing today. The large cities such as Istanbul are always popular with tourists as are the many resorts on the Aegean Coast and those facing the Mediterranean Sea.
